Mike founded Bidstream Media in 2015 after 2 decades in digital ad sales management. His career began with 9 years at Microsoft Advertising (MSN) as Regional Sales Manager for the Automotive & Entertainment vertical ad sales teams. As VP West he launched the western U.S. sales office at Millennial Media, providing the west-coast footprint needed for the company’s successful IPO. Then, as the first media industry executive to join AdColony, on the sr leadership team as VP he launched the global F1000 “brand” sales and account services division, helping secure the company’s acquisition by Opera Software. And as RVP West he later joined Innovid, the leading independent video ad serving platform backed by Sequoia Capital.   

Mike graduated from SDSU with a Marketing degree, and was an NCAA All-American selection for indoor volleyball.  His early career was an athlete and board member for the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, and he competed in the 1996 U.S. Olympic Trials for the Atlanta Summer Games. 



Tom joined BidStream Media in 2020 after working for publishers, ad networks and DSPs at both startups and F500 companies since 2002.  His career began in Denver at MediaNews Group where he managed digital adverting for 50+ daily newspapers including The Denver Post and San Jose Mercury News.  In 2007 he became the Director of Ad Operations for the top 10 health website LifeScript.com in Newport Beach.  In 2011 he moved to Silicon Valley where he worked on various startups including, HotChalk a Higher Education marketing and services organization, OpenStudy.com a platform for gamified learning, and NetSeer a contextual DSP buying programmatic media.  After his first child was born, he moved back to Southern California where he did publisher development for Conversant Media.  

Today Tom and his family reside in the Thousand Oaks California area. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Journalism degree.



Amanda began her career in digital ad tech and media by spending 4 years as an Account Manager at what was then the world’s largest independent ad server, Vindico. She then went on to serve 2 years as the Publisher Development Manager at Turf Digital, a Southern California based mobile and desktop video monetization firm. Amanda was subsequently recruited for the role of Account Manager of Demand Ops by LKQD, a hot startup providing enterprise video ad technology infrastructure for publishers and advertisers on all screens, and was a key contributor to LKQD’s  successful acquisition by Nexstar Digital. 

Amanda graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
